This is the Brecon Beacons National Park, in the heart of which I live. I find the light and the landscapes alluring, mysterious, and both unsettling and deeply beautiful. I moved here only a few years ago, drawn by the mountains and the proximity of wide open spaces, as well as by the fact I can almost imagine them as wilderness some days!
